Since beginning her career in District 2 in 2000, Hillary Casado has served as a teacher, Literacy Coach, Assistant Principal, and for the past nine years, Principal of PS3 in Manhattan. She is dedicated to fostering equitable, inclusive, and high-achieving learning communities.

Began teaching in D2 in 2004-2005, served in general education and ICT settings and as an Instructional Coach for five years, and has been Assistant Principal at PS3 since the 2021-2022 school year.

Began teaching in D4 in 2016, served as a special education teacher in bilingual ICT, 12:1, and IEP Teacher, and joined the PS3 community as an Assistant Principal in 2024.
